Good morning! (or Good Evening!! or Good whatever time it is to you right now!!) I woke up this morning craving pancakes in an almost unhealthy “if I don’t get some fluffy buttery syrupy goodness right now I’m going to jump off a cliff!!!!” kinda way.
It happens more often than I’d like to admit.
So while I was waking up from my pancake dreams I went though my magic phone and started pulling up recipes. I found a few RER recipes that I haven’t made in way too long. I can’t decide which to make so I’m going to make them all and hate myself in an hour. You should consider making one (not all) of these.
Cinnamon Chex Pancakes <- amazing, but you might not have the ingredients on hand like the other options.
Check out the rest of my recipes here.

I had a piece of my mom’s homemade fruitcake (so good) and fresh fruit topped with Greek yogurt. Halfway through my 5K, I realized that fruitcake is not the breakfast of champions!

I usually have eggs and sausage/bacon, but this morning realized that I need a break from it, so oatmeal it was.

Breakfast? Protein shake and coffee. Mid-morning snack? Finnish braided bread, toasted with butter and more coffee. Must try these pancake recipes. Always looking for something different.
