Hello from somewhere off the coast of Alaska! Today is a whole day at sea. We’re on the way to Canada – the last stop before heading back to Seattle and finally home.
I started the day with a short run on the treadmill and yoga class. The on board yoga is pretty easy (level 1) but I really just like yoga for a good stretch session so this works for me.
Then, I headed back to the room for a shower. I hit up the breakfast buffet – even day has been the same = omelet, fruit, oatmeal, granola and a bite of something sweet or a piece of sausage.
I had a lot of work to do since I’ve been away from my computer a lot this week. So I went to the internet café to be super productive.
After a few solid hours of work I felt a lot better and went to eat lunch. I enjoy an epic salad bar more than anyone else in the world (trust). I’ve been making amazingly huge and hooked up salads every day.

My mom and I walked around and explored the ship for a bit. We grabbed some ice cream at some point. I had ice cream and hot tea at the same time to stay warm.
We relaxed for a bit and then went to verify the rumor we heard that 2.5 times around Deck 7 equals a mile.
Spotted!
Then it was time to get ready for the last formal night.
The Wheelhouse for cocktails and then Crown Grill for dinner.
I’ve been waiting the whole trip for the epic chocolate lava cake and finally had it last night. Oh.My.Gosh. Yes. So good.
Question (these are the classes available on the ship) – which would you pick: Yoga OR Bootcamp OR TRX?

I wonder what your GPS readings would be for a run around the deck? Reminded me of about a month ago I forgot to turn my RunKeeper app off before getting into the car… Was one of the fastest miles I’ve ever done lol

Actually I tried it at first and realized it was way off from the ship moving. Ha! It was funny.

I have never been on a cruise ship but my friend tells me he always runs laps around the deck. I think that would drive me mad!!!

Just got caught up on your cruise posts. I LOVE cruises! I’ve only been on one but it was the best time ever. Looks like you are having a wonderful time! A silly thought I had while reading this was an Alaskan cruise would be great because you are in the same country so you wouldn’t get charged so much for using your phone! It’s the important things.
