Hello! How’s it going? I was super productive yesterday cleaning and studying for my first health coaching test. I have a big pile of stuff to give to the GoodWill and am pretty ready to rock this week.
I even did some meal prep and made an epic veggie frittata.
Run – week two of marathon training. Today’s workout was 4 x 800s. There is this one area that must have a beehive or something near it because there are always bees in this one six-foot stretch of the path. So random. They’re not everywhere, just there.
This weekend’s activities also included margaritas by the beach. Plus ceviche and chips. Why don’t I go to the beach more?! It was so relaxing to just see the ocean, ya know?
This super healthy chocolate dessert came later Resveratrol fo life. #RHOC
And now onto what I was doing today before I wrote this post… My health coaching test #1 is done! Boom.
Now I have a huge pile of emails to sort through. I think I deserve a little wine tonight.

I am forever meal prepping. Workouts are getting tough to squeeze in but I know I’ll get back there. Current rate isn’t cutting it but at least they haven’t gone away entirely.
Eating has been on task so it’s ok. Spending time with my kids and parenting is obviously ruling my life and that just has to be fine for now.
Trying/hoping to get my kids to Disneyland tonight for a little fun! Have a good day, Monican!

Crazy week work wise but also had to concede that I’m NOT doing CIM this year.. I registered and everything but just can’t seem to get in a long run further than 14 miles. And its only 6 weeks away. 🙁

I meal prep the night before for the next day’s breakfast, snacks and lunch. Dinner is usually “up in the air”, at least until I get up in the morning. I’m looking forward to getting a decent night’s sleep – I HOPE! Been having countless sleepless nights lately. It’s been super rough. I’m dragging.

Looking forward to my birthday weekend in Chicago. I leave on Friday. In the meantime I’m looking forward to my leftover beef chow fun when I get home from work tonight 🙂
