I have a confession… In my diet post I said I try not to keep junk in the house, but I bought Oreos last week I have no regrets, just wanted to share. Well, not share the Oreos but share that information.
I say it’s ‘cause I’m a pirate and I can’t live by your rules!
Okay, I can’t even live by my rules… but self acceptance is the first step?
I should also confess… when I make dessert for a special occasion I always make a mini-one on the side so I can ‘test it’. You know, to make sure some crazy didn’t sneak into my house and put poison in it while I was yelling at my cat for killing a bird.
Side note: PETA come get him and lock him in PETA jail. Thanks.
Anyway.
This recipe is a double win because I used up all the Oreos aaand I don’t have to make a separate mini-version since they’re all mini!
*It should be noted that this recipe makes 12 mini-cheesecakes. But don’t tell anyone or you’ll show up to a party with 11 and it’s obvious you ate one.
But, if you have friends that judge you like that – you need new friends.
Mini-Oreo Cheesecakes
{Makes 11, wink wink}
Ingredients:
-
1 6oz. plain greek yogurt
-
1 6oz. vanilla greek yogurt
-
1 package sf cheesecake pudding mix
- 12 Oreos
-
Dash milk to thin mix if needed
-
Optional: Sprinkles, Whipped Cream
Directions: Combine pudding mix and yogurt. (Add a dash of milk to thin if it’s too thick to spread.)
Place Oreos in cupcake liners.
Top each cookie with cheesecake batter. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Tip: I put the mix in a plastic bag and cut off the end to squeeze it out since it’s so thick and hard to spread. It worked great!
Top with sprinkles and whipped cream because it’s fun.
Enjoy!

Me and my friend were trying to count how many different types of oreos they have at walmart. haha, it was insane!
Seriously. Did you get any? I went with the birthday ones 🙂
They’re so freaking cute! That didn’t make them difficult to chow down on, did it?
Ummm, okay. YUM. I need these, like, now. 🙂
Those look amazing! You could experiment with mint pudding too!
I should be embarrassed how excited I got over these when I spied on FB.
MY HUSBAND LOOOOVES HIM SOME OREOS too.
Uhhhh YUM! Monica, I’ve followed your blog for a while and I love your balance between healthy stuff and treats. You inspire me to be balanced….80-20, right?
Yep! Thanks for reading 🙂
Yum this looks so easy. Using an entire Oreo as the crust is genius!
Great idea! I’ve the locally-made but Oreos inspired cookies and lucky they come in 4 cookies per pack. Will probably sub the creamcheese with soy ice-cream or something vegan.
ugh sorry for the (now triple) comments. LOL feel free to delete the 2nd one. It wasn’t showing that it took for me.
You have coconut chobani in your stores? jealous!
You have coconut chobani in your stores? Where where where??? I saw it was a new flavor in the larger cup (currently I can only find it in flips) but I haven’t found it yet.
Yep, Ralphs has them!
These look AMAZING!!! Thanks for sharing 🙂
those look dangerous! I wouldn’t be able to stop at one
Umm… yum! I happen to have oreos right now that someone left over from a family picnic yesterday. Perfect!
When I saw the oreo cheesecake on instagram, I died! That looks sooo good! Really creative !
Omg those look to die for!
Ok Oreos are AMAZING and if you are going to “cheat” then that is the perfect item to do so with. Recipe looks yummy 🙂
Yummy! What a lovely sweet treat!
curious why SF pudding mix? Just to save a few calories or is the consistency better for the recipe?
They look so adorable. I have a hard time baking individual things because i sample too many =)
Saving calories – I used to use this stuff back in the day when I would make weight watcher kinda recipes so now it’s the only kind I buy.
right! I remember doing the “core” program of Weight Watchers and being obsessed with the SF pistachio pudding mix. I’d add frozen dark cherries to it. Thanks for clarifying.
these look amazing!
I read this while I was also making my grocery list for this afternoon. I think you can guess what just got added to the list. These look amazing!
