Mmmm Sauce and Ice cream

Dinner

1 Jun

I worked from 4pm to 8:30pm tonight so I made dinner early and had it waiting for me when I got home. Best idea everMmmm sauce

This afternoon I made stuffed peppers, leftover roasted broccoli and Mama Pea’s Mmmm Sauce. Yes, it’s amazing. I didn’t have any nutritional yeast and used peanut flour instead. Totally worked. stuffed bell pepper and sauce

I don’t know the proper way to eat a stuffed pepper. Good thing I’m not proper anyways, so I use my hands Smile IMG_4412 (800x533)

Fact: Food tastes better when you eat with your hands.  IMG_4414 (800x533)

I like to blog and then hit up the kitchen for an evening snack. But, with that order it misses the blog’s eye. Well, assume I’m eating Mint n Chip ice cream every night until September I die. mint chip ice cream

I have to be back at work at 6am tomorrow. So, I’m going to wrap it up here. I will catch up on emails and stuff tomorrow mid-morning.

What brand of Mint Chip is that? (Certainly it’s not the Artic Zero stuff! ~:) )

It’s the Dryers Slow Churned stuff. There’s a picture of it in my next post.

I don’t know why I keep putting off making Mmm sauce. It sounds so delicious! I think it’s because I just haven’t figured out what meal I want to add it to yet.

I love having dinner made so all I have to do is reheat when I get home.

      Makes me so happy.

I probably would have eaten the stuffed pepper the same way you did!

That stuffed goodie looks delish! And mint chocolate chip ice cream has been my favorite for so long! I kind of go through phases with different foods, but that’s a classic that I’ll always love 🙂

Thats a great idea to sub peanut flour for the yeast. Did it taste peanutty?

No, it wasn’t peanut-y at all.

Stuffed peppers – yum! And I definitely need to make Yumm sauce, I loved it when I had it in college at Cafe Yumm & Mama Pea’s looks even better.

mmm mmm! I am loving the look of that sauce!

We actually do have nutritional yeast and still haven’t made it into sauce, this is something we have to remedy! 🙂
