Here is a quick recap of my Monday. I don’t really need to do this, but I want to so I can keep track of what is working and what is not working.
For lunch I had a pb&pb (peanut butter and pumpkin butter) sammie, greek yogurt with more pumpkin butter to sweeten it up and grapes.
I brought 1/2 nf milk and cereal to have as an afternoon snack. I wasn’t hungry when I ate the afternoon snack, but right after having it I got even more hungry than before. What the heck?
I found this Kashi bar in my desk and meant to eat only half, but ended up eating the whole thing.
I started dinner with salad that is on it’s last leg.
My mom made chicken and I just grabbed a piece of that since it was the easiest thing with some brown rice and broccoli. I may or may not have had a handful of chips while making the rice.
I ate some of the leftover apple crisp because I don’t want it to go to waste and it seems like no one else is eating it around here!
