After dinner we went down to watch the sunset. I need to stop and smell the flowers more and I appreciate when I’m forced 🙂
I also took a nice walk while talking to my mom on the phone.
I needed ice cream tonight (it’s been a long week) so we went to Cold Stone. Wrong. I got a Sinless Sweet Cream with ginger cookies and PB cup. I don’t know why, but it wasn’t good. Eh. I couldn’t put my finger on it, but I just didn’t like it. I ate some of it, then decided I shouldn’t eat it if I don’t like it.
I still wanted something sweet so I had a piece of coffee cake and a cookie 🙂
Now I’m catching up on blogs and playing tag-team Scrabble with Ben and the fam.

I’m not a huge fan of Cold Stone. I know what you mean…. It LOOKS and SMELLS great, but when I eat it, there’s just SOMETHING off about it. I’m getting more sensitive to artificial products lately. Maybe that’s it.

Sorry the ice cream wasn’t good, but I’m impressed at your intuitive eating! I would have wanted to keep eating it, hoping it’d “get better” or something. The coffee cake looks great 😀
Have a lovely Sunday!

Good intuitive eating. It’s hard for me (especially when it’s ice cream) to stop eating it even if I am not enjoying it to the fullest. I need to work on that!
