Is anyone else curious as to how long I’m going to try and think up new ways to use “Blank, Eat, Repeat“? Ha!
I am super behind on reading blogs after my weekend get away!!! So, I am trying to quickly get updated on blogland, but I don’t really have time to comment much. So, I am Reading (instead of running, get it?)!
Lunch was another HUGE salad – lettuce, tomatoes, shredded carrot, onions, chickpeas, peanuts and TJ”s peanut dressing.
Thoughts on my salad: Like it 🙂
I do think I may like PB&PB more! But a girl needs a little variety, right?
I ate half the salad then ran an errand. When I got back I finished it and added a piece of ww and cherries. Love cherries, love bread 🙂
I’m excited! On my errand I found a bunch of great lunch containers. One for salad, one for fruit/veggies/cereal and one of a sandwich and sides. I’ll show you my loot later!
Questions, Comments, Complaints…
I appreciate that you all read the blog and find it interesting/funny/weird/other. I’m totally open to questions, comments and complaints. Feel free to leave a comment or email me at [email protected]
I try to be brutally honest with my journey toward weight loss. I am not afraid to post about copious amounts of frozen yogurt or beverages 😉 I’m trying to find a balance. I want to be able to be myself and enjoy my favorite goods while losing weight and maintaining that loss.
I get frustrated that my journey is taking so long, but I do feel that slowly I am making changing that will result in long term weight-loss. I feel that I should apologize to my readers who are trying to use me as an example of how to run or eat. I’m just living my life, it’s not perfect or ideal, but it’s fun as hell. Hope you keep reading!

I like your blog because it’s real. You totally admit when you’re eating more, what you’re eating, etc. Sometimes I read food blogs and I don’t feel like I can relate; the struggle for balance makes it so relatable.

That salad looks great! Is that peanut dressing healthy? I think it is, but not sure. I know it tastes great.
Lately I’ve been sticking with oil and vinegar because I think its the lowest calories for a dressing, but if the peanut is healthy I’ll gladly switch!

Your salad with chickpeas looks so good! It’s so simple yet you could probably change it up by using different kinds of dressings or veggies. I just started reading your blog, I love it! All of your eats look delish 🙂
