What: 5 Day Challenge to help you get faster

Where:  Facebook & Instagram

How: 5 days of Tips & Strategies to improve your running plan

Who: Runners of all levels! 

When: July 29th to Aug 2nd

Over the past 10 years of running and sharing on Run Eat Repeat – a common theme is = 

How do I get faster?

This question comes in various forms…

  • Can you help me run a sub 2 hour half marathon? 
  • I want to PR my race – any tips? 
  • How did you get faster?
  • What training plan should I use to get faster? 
  • Can you coach me to get faster?

 

I really love having one on one conversations about running and training – but want to help anyone who needs it. 

So I put together this 5 day challenge to share some of my best practices and advice to RUN FASTER. 

All the tips and strategies are realistic, do-able AND get results. 

Even if you bonked at your last race…

Even if you consider yourself a slow runner…

Even if you’ve never done speed workouts before…

Even if your spirit animal is a turtle…

Even if you don’t think you can do it… 

You can set awesome goals and chase them down. 

You can do it.
