Hello! How’s it going? Over here it’s the usual running and eating. And today I’m making a pit stop at CVS Pharmacy for some must haves for runners. I’m partnering with CVS Pharmacy to help spread the word about their exclusive CVS Health and Gold Emblem abound lines. Some of these products have been around for a while and some are new and improved. (Right now I’m trying some of their fragrance and dye free products, but I’ll cover that next month.)

It’s always great to have a go-to place for health essentials, especially when you can shop conveniently from home. The ease of getting what you need, without having to leave the house, is a game changer, especially when it comes to stocking up on important items like running supplies. In today’s busy world, many people are turning to online options to fulfill their health and wellness needs, including the convenience of ordering prescription drugs online. Not only does it save time, but it also ensures you have everything you need delivered right to your door.

Whether it’s refilling regular medications or discovering new wellness products, the option to shop online makes life much easier. It allows you to focus more on your daily activities, like training for your next run, and less on running errands. And with reliable online pharmacies, the process is streamlined and hassle-free, giving you one less thing to worry about when staying on top of your health. The convenience of managing your prescriptions and health-related products from the comfort of home is truly a modern-day luxury.

I have a CVS about .26 miles away from my lil casa. And I pass another one on one of my favorite running routes. Oh, and one by my mom’s… basically they’re all over.

So if you are in need of a quick snack, emergency blister bandage or deodorant because you realize you’re making flowers wilt – you can probably find one near you.

Ha – this is too funny because I was just at CVS yesterday (I don’t go that often) to get my daughter Emergen-c and she also wanted nacho chips so I grabbed the Gold Emblem ones……….then I remebered I was also out of night cream so got some of the CVS brand for me. It was raining and I really only wanted to stop at one place after work so I was lucky they had everything!

I’ve been reading for years, Monica. I’ve been disappointed to see an increase in your sponsored posts in the last months. Some of these partnerships are a stretch, and I’m sure I’m not the only reader rolling my eyes. Photos CVS? If I wanted a commercial, I’d turn on the TV. I read because you are goofy and have good running tips and stories. That’s your strong point. I offer this respectfully. All the best.

Ironically I scanned this quickly to see that CVS has their own brand of KT Tape. I wasn’t aware. If it’s cheaper I’ll be switching. So in essence this sponsored post actually worked for me. I prefer the connection directly to health and wellness. But I can agree that in general sponsored posts can be a turnoff. As an entrepreneur though I understand the need to pay the bills. It’s definitely a fine line.

Travel sized deodorant sounds super convenient – need to get myself one, why haven’t I thought of it?
