Shakes at the Mall

24 Jan

After church Ben dropped me off at the mall while he ran an errand. I walked around and around for almost and hour before he was back. By that time it was almost 2pm so we figured we’d have lunch. The whole time I was walking by myself everything looked so tempting, but I didn’t think I was hungry since I had a big breakfast.

But, when we started eating Ben noticed that I was shaking – a lot. I did feel very shaky, but it makes me self-conscious so I try to ignore or hide it most of the time. My body was trying to tell me something was off, but since I’m still learning how to read my hunger I wasn’t listening. I must have had low blood sugar or something. Hmmm, I obviously need to be more aware of my body.

In other news…the lady at the Asian food counter said they had brown rice so I told Ben that’s where I wanted to eat. He ordered. Then, I ordered and it turns out by brown rice they mean fried rice. F-word. Since they already served Ben his food I didn’t want to opt out and go somewhere else (this was the best choice at that tragic food court as it was). So, I got tofu, veggies and white rice. You do the best with what you’ve got.IMG_4514

Oh, and as soon as Ben joined me he got this Boba almond tea and I had a drink or two. It feels like we’re in Irvine again 🙂IMG_4512

I woke up hungry today – I think it was partially due to de-hydration. I was super thirsty last night and did drink water, but not enough. I had a small bowl of cereal before doing 30 minutes of yoga. I bought this DVD recently. I love that it’s super slow paced. I haven’t done yoga consistently in a while and I’m not very good at it. This makes me like it again 🙂IMG_4516

Breakfast was French Toast again. I am la-la-loving this meal! And for some reason I cannot get enough PB either! I am loving this Flax Plus PB stuff after all (at first not so much).IMG_4508For some reason I just feel shaky today, and it’s not because of too much caffeine because I can drink a Big Gulp of Diet Coke no problem. I might be a goner. Well, it was nice knowing you all… I’m off to chug some water since I just ate a SB bar and still feel hungry!IMG_4519

Unquestionably believe that which you stated. Your favorite reason appeared to be on the internet the easiest thing to be aware of. I say to you, I certainly get irked while people think about worries that they just do not know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the top and also defined out the whole thing without having side-effects , people could take a signal. Will likely be back to get more. Thanks

Hey there! Quick question that’s entirely off topic. Do you know how to make your site mobile friendly? My site looks weird when browsing from my iphone. I’m trying to find a template or plugin that might be able to resolve this issue. If you have any suggestions, please share. Cheers!

I’m impressed, I need to say. Really rarely do I encounter a blog that’s both educative and entertaining, and let me let you know, you will have hit the nail on the head. Your idea is outstanding; the difficulty is one thing that not enough persons are speaking intelligently about. I’m very comfortable that I stumbled across this in my search for one thing referring to this.

I hope your sugar level is balanced now.

I love Yoga and I miss doing it. It’s a great way to stretch and warm up before a walk or a run.

I love peanut butter! Seriously, I have it for either lunch or breakfast every day and even though it’s healthy I definately try to plan it so I’m not eating peanut butter both meals. I live in SoCal and there’s a place called bubble tea that is exactly like what you bought.

You are SOOO funny. I think I say it in every comment I ever make to you but seriously, move to Boston so we can hang out. I can’t promise warm weather though.
P.S. Angies comment was a total downer, though ben will be psyched.

I get shaky if I get too hungry, so I’d say you definetly had low blood sugar. Breakfast to 2pm is a loonngg time without food! I try to eat every 3hrs to keep my levels stable, it works well 🙂
