Run Eat Repeat

She’s back

Today is a rest day from running so I decided to bust out a DVD – Jillian’s 30 Day Shred. Yep, she’s back! I did levels 1 & 2. I forgot how hard it was! I think I am going to do the 30 day Challenge a try and do it 3 times a week for the next 30 days. I need some exercise that doesn’t require me to leave the warmth of my apartment 🙂IMG_2235

I am not going into work today so I had plenty of time to make a great breakfast. But, all I wanted was cereal. I tried to convince myself to make oat bran – I even have a super ripe banana for it! But, nope. I wanted cereal. Intuitive eating wins, I ate cereal with pb and banana.IMG_2232

Peanut Butter is a lot easier to drip in the summer. These drip drops were very thick!IMG_2233

Now I have a ton of things to do today. See ya later and have a Fabulous Friday!

I just started doing the 30 day shred again too! I only had time for one so I did level 2.. love it!! I have a half in a few weekends so most of my time is occupied by running, but I’d love to start the challenge asap.

30 Day Shred is tough! I have the video and haven’t used it since about May. I keep wanting to do it but now I live on the top floor and I’m embarrassed to make a lot of noise jumping around on my squeaky floors. Maybe I should just get over it and do it anyway.

good luck with the 30 day challenge!

I’ve been doing 30 Day Shred for the month of November. It is tough, but I find it’s better to use lighter weights and build up, rather than kill myself with heavier weights and not want to continue using the DVD. 🙂 I’m in for the challenge.

I love the shred videos. They are super fun and you can make them as challenging as you want. Jillian is just awesome!

I didn’t have a chance to workout yet, today. Maybe I’ll break out the laptop and do a 30 day shred from YouTube.
