Checking in on my miles too! I made my goal (35) miles, and just went a bit over (like a BIT 1.67). Going to keep the same goal for this week! Gotta keep up the pace!

Oh I forgot about the POTM! Lots of walking last week and probably this week – dealing with a pesky tendon at the back of my left ankle/calf. But can I hope to be able to run more this week? 24 miles last week; so this week should be the same plus 3 strength training sessions.

Just checking in for POTM 2013. Found out Friday I will most likely need hip surgery to fix my torn cartilage 🙁 not a happy camper but I continue to push. After all you can’t tell a runner to just stop running. My goal is the same 120 minutes of activity a day to allow for some form of cardio, weight and my PT exercises. Oh and those other little things called a warm up and cool down. Happy Sunday! Looks Like Vegas was fun!

I did 17.75 POTM last week (my goal was 17) and I’m over half way through my goal for the month 🙂 20 is my goal for this week.

I did 44 miles this week! My goal was 40. I’m so psyched. And never thought I would be this organized about tracking my runs. Loving this challenge!

As I’m the only one posting my POTM for this week here, I must be in the wrong spot buuuuttt not sure where to go, lol, so I will just go with this. 10 miles of running and at least 2 weights days! Have a great week, hope you recover from all your fun this past weekend 😉
