I think my favorite dinner is salmon, a sweet potato and salad (or brussel sprouts!). Since I’m trying to figure out what I love I thought I’d test this theory- salmon it was!
I grilled it on the George Foreman with teryaki sauce, threw the sweet potato in the microwave and threw together a salad. This is the easiest gourmet dinner ever! Love it.
Ben and I shared this salad.
The cherry on top of dinner was a chocolate covered fortune cookie. My mom bought a big pack of these and I had planned all day on having one. Hey, I need to know my luck since I’m going to Vegas Friday, right? Like it.
And I’m glad I checked!
I was still craving something, so I had a small piece of chocolate and flossed my teeth. Love it. Love it (yes, dark chocolate deserves 2). But, now I’m done.
After dinner Ben and I took a walk, he came over to watch Lost with me 🙂
See ya tomorrow!

Chocolate covered fortune cookies?! Can I have one? Pretty please? Chocolate covered good luck, now THAT’s a treat.
And I definitely agree, that’s one pretty darn perfect dinner!

Wonderful looking dinner!!
Chocolate fortune cookie? AMAZING! I never even knew they existed.
That’s awesome you really thought about the foods and decided if you really liked them before eating them. 🙂 I concur that the food MUST be enjoyable to you before eating.
Have a great day!

Chocolate fortune cookie. One of the few ways a fortune cookie can actually taste good. I did have a homemade fortune cookie once that was excellent. But normally, they’re so dry and tasteless that they’re hardly worth eating (even though I still eat them).
