Sleep Running

Uncategorized

10 May

Instead of sleep walking I think I was sleep running this morning! I went out for an easy 6 miler and at the turn around point glanced at my Garmin. Um, I guess I never thought to turn it on. So, I turned on half way through my run 🙂 IMG_7907

Wake up Monica!

When I got back I warmed up with a quick shower and bowl of oat bran. It was cold this morning and I wanted a warm breakfast. In the mix: oat bran, almond milk, salt, vanilla, chia seeds, stevia. Topped with PB.IMG_7909

I also ate a bowl of strawbs. They are on sale and delicious right now!!IMG_7911

I have to say Congratulations to one of my best friends, Susan. She got engaged to Rondell weekend!

This is Susan and Srivas (Ben’s friend) walking down the aisle at my wedding. I cannot wait to go to her wedding 🙂 Rumor has it they will have a destination wedding! Now I’m even more excited!!!

When I originally commented I clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now each time a remark is added I get 4 emails with the identical comment. Is there any way you’ll be able to take away me from that service? Thanks!

My spouse and i ended up being so peaceful Edward managed to finish off his investigations through the ideas he grabbed while using the web pages. It is now and again perplexing to simply possibly be giving out helpful hints which usually men and women might have been making money from. And now we figure out we now have the website owner to be grateful to for this. All of the illustrations you have made, the easy web site menu, the relationships your site help to instill – it’s got everything impressive, and it’s really helping our son in addition to the family reason why that idea is excellent, which is incredibly serious. Many thanks for the whole thing!

You must participate in a contest for top-of-the-line blogs on the web. I’ll recommend this site!

Hi, I am not sure if you realize it, but your statement is excactly the same as Thomas B. Olsen (not related to the Olsen twins), wrote about two years ago – I am not quite sure if there is a original source, but you might be able to find his article somewhere (lack of Google-skills, does that I haven’t found it). If you find it, please post it here or PM me. Regards, Thomas

it is my first comment on this website and firstly I would like to thank for the great quality information, which I were able to find in this and all previous posts , it really helped me a lot. I will definitely add this website on my google reader 😉 Also, I would like to ask – don’t you mind if I will quate some information from your website because I am writing articles for the Hub pages, Ezine and other articles directories (this is my part time job)? It would really help me with some of mine articles. Of course, I will mention your website name or URL (not all articles directories allows URL’s , so I can’t 100% promise that you will get a direct link to your website).

Great discussion. And I REALLY like that you practice what you preach. That’s when you can tell a post has come together.
And I’m also fascinated by how fresh you made the routine [admit it: what you just shared has been regurgitated millions of time. ;-)].

      Good work.

I know that feeling- sleeping while awake first thing in the morning!
It’s exciting when a friend gets engaged! One of my good childhood friends finally got engaged to her high school sweetheart- after almost 12 years! Time flies!

I’ve forgotten to turn on my Garmin before. Silly!

My good news this week was finding out that my hubby and I are expecting a healthy baby boy 🙂
