Run Eat Repeat

Snacky Sunday

Sunday was very “snacky” for me. I didn’t eat a real lunch, so I felt unsatisfied all day.
Since I did a long run yesterday it was just a 45 minute walk with the dogs this morning.

I made a breakfast burrito with egg beaters and a ww tortilla – topped with Tapatio and ketchup and a little bit of cheese.
I had half of this bar. Notice the chipped nail polish – it will change before your eyes, or before this post is over.
Today was so girly. I got my nails done, then I went to see the Sex and the City Movie with mom! I packed some popcorn to sneak in. Luckily, I had a big purse! I put this in a cardboard container thing in the movies and mixed it with a couple of handfuls of my mom’s movie popcorn. It was so good and it felt like I was eating movie popcorn the whole time. Yes, I eat the whole bag. I had a pack of these at some point during the day. I don’t normally eat these packs, but my mom just bought them and who can say no to chocolate covered pretzels? Not me.
I also had a couple of handfuls of Kashi Trail Mix. See, it was a snacky day.
Then, I had a peach. Obviously, it is a fuzzy peach or obviously I can’t take a good picture to save my life.I went to Costco for some stuff and these somehow jumped in my cart. So, I ate a bunch of them on the way home.
Dinner was egg salad on a ww bagel square with salad, carrots and hummus. I also had a bowl of veggies because I’m healthy and it’s good for you.I made Matt and I PB and naner smoothies for a treat. Here he is eating his. Here is my smoothie. These things are addictive.I filled up my smoothie glass with a little cereal after I was done. I didn’t need this and I’m not sure why I did it. I was a little stressed about getting all my stuff packed and together and picking up the BF on time. Hmmm, could be stress related. I was really tired too. Note to self: Notice this pattern of eating when tired or stressed.I picked up the BF from the airport and he was hungry. I only had a couple of random frozen meals and some chocolate bunny cookies. I made this frozen Pad Thai with tofu meal from Whole Foods for him, but I had a couple of bites. It was okay, a little bland. The sauce wasn’t that super good Pad Thai sauce that makes the dish. I also had some rabbit cookies. Boo.bs.

I eat the whole bag too. And I can’t resist chocolate covered pretzels. We would get along.
