Hello! I just had a very blessed, happy, delicious, run-y, eat-y, grateful Thanksgiving. I just got home and want to make this quick so I can watch some TV while I fall asleep. That would be the perfect ending to today. This is mostly pictures, but it’s not rocket science so I think you can put it together.

While I was running I decided I wanted a cake dessert. I knew we would have pumpkin pie at dinner, but I prefer cake over pie. I decided to put the two together and make an Apple Upside Down Cake. I had to just guess at the store since I ran out of data on my phone and couldn’t google it. I grabbed cake mix, butter, apple pie filling, apples and a few random things.

      Glad you had a nice Thanksgiving! I ran a turkey trot in the morning…5 miles. Unfortunately, I was a slacker and did nothing Friday, Saturday or Sunday! 🙁
      I did get out there today for 3 miles.

      4 miles yesterday before all the Thanksgiving festivities and a rest day today. Maybe another 4 tomorrow to hit my goal.

      Rest day today. Hung out with my daddy and we shopped, watched Creed at the movies (awesome movie, really loved it) and ate pho. It was a great day. 🙂

      Happy Thanksgiving!! I did alot of shopping today and then lifted chest, shoulders , biceps and glutes. Even though I don’t know you, it makes me so happy to see Ben in pictures with you. I’ve beeen reading for so many years now and I just love you both together. 🙂

      What a great Thanksgiving it was! I ran a 4 mile turkey trot with my dad to start the day and did 30 minutes of yoga to end it.

      I’m heading to the gym in a bit! Did a 5 mile turkey chase yesterday which aggravated a muscle strain, not sure that I’m going to hit my 100 mile running goal 🙁

      yoga this morning, day 5/5 workouts done (including 1 day of yoga)! made my goal all 4 weeks!

      also you look lovely in that dress and i’m amazed and impressed that you wore it to thanksgiving, instead of a roomy, flowy maxi dress or something more conducive to massive amounts of thanksgiving eating…. haha!

      Took a nice log walk and played with in the frosty park with the neighbor kids! Now on two round two of turkey tomorrow and a brief hike to the lighthouse 🙂
