I picked up this book on Sunday from a local yoga studio that I’ve been going to. I have heard a little bit about Ayurveda in the blog world and am curious to learn more. I found out my dosha type is Kapha. The book has a lot of great info and a big list of foods you are “Okay” to eat and foods you are supposed to avoid.
I am not liking the “No” foods list because it says I should not eat yogurt and other foods I like and I think are healthy, Hmmm. I’m going to read more and make my own decisions.

i LOVE Ayurveda! I did a yoga workshop a few weekends that was centered around ayurveda. It’s amazing!!!

that book looks interesting, definitely something i’d be interested in reading, although I’d be super upset if it told me no more yogurt.
