Run Eat Repeat

Today I love … water

Hola! Happy Thursday.

I started the day with an easy 7 miles. Felt good 🙂

I had a couple of handfuls of PB Puffins when I got back. Breakfast was oat bran, the last of an open bag, (with a spoonful of Coach’s Oat’s to make a full serving) and almond milk, brown sugar and a few raisins.Very filling 🙂 But too hot for this weather. How long will my other bag of oat bran last? I hope till the fall.
I ate cherries on the way to work. These suckers are huge! I tried to show you with this picture, but it doesn’t do it justice. These cherries are corn fed.
I went to get a Mystic Tan during my lunch. Now I will be a lovely shade of orange for the weekend. Orange is better than white at least! I’m gonna be pissed when my orange hair turns white. “Orange is better than white!” I will repeat to myself in the retirement home over and over.

Lunch was the rest of my couscous,
and a veggie burger, broccoli and hummus. Plus a yogurt for dessert. I added a little PB to my spoon to eat with the yogurt. OMG. I don’t know how I am going to stop myself from adding PB to everything from now on. It just makes everything that much better.

I need to talk about my unhappy day/job/life. I might post about it later. I feel like crap, almost helpless. This really sucks.

Thanks for all the support and positive words 🙂 You guys are the best.

The marathon I am training for isn’t until October. I want to run Long Beach since I’ve ran the half marathon twice. But, I will probably be ready in September so, if I can find a sooner one I might switch.

I had to smile at your “easy 7 mile” comment as well, because a month ago that is something I would have said! Now since the 20K my running hasn’t been up to par… but tomorrow I’m doing 7, so I hope it’s an easy 7!! 🙂

Definitely blog about your frustrations! it helps to get it out. I hope you start feeling cheery soon!! 🙂

Awww don’t be unhappy. You should definitely post about it, getting those emotions out in writing always helps. Especially when you have the backing of the food blogging world to send encouraging words your way 🙂

Aw, I’m sorry you’re unhappy, you should definitely vent if that will make you feel better, it always helps me. I’m also extremely jealous of your easy 7 miles as well, I was so proud of myself for running a slow and continuous 3 miles today :-X I’m dying to try some PB Puffins cuz everyone seems to have them on their blogs! Hope things start to look up for you & have a good friday

i hope you feel better! think about all the good things in your life and try not to let the bad stuff overwhelm you. I am so envious that you can just get up and run an “easy 7 miles”. the farthest I’ve ever run has been 6, and i was dying by the end.

try to stay positive, it’s almost the weekend!
