Trader Joes Mango Butter

Breakfast

FacebookTweetPin
26 Apr

Hello and Happy Tuesday! I tried to start my day with Jillian’s 6 Week Six Pack and totally hit my head on my TV stand in the middle of a burpee. Hard. I don’t have that much room to work with and think I may be skipping that move from now on.6 week six pack

I was craving a massive smoothie for breakfast. In the mix: ice, protein powder, spinach, chia seeds and almond milk. IMG_9962 (600x800)

I know chia seeds are expensive, but there are 34 servings in this bag. Sure, I eat 97 servings of cereal in 2 servings, but I can stick to 1 serving of chia seeds Smile

Trader Joes Tuesday find! I have been eyeing this Mango Butter for a couple of weeks but didn’t need jam. Well, I finally caved and got it.IMG_9966 (600x800)

Yes, it’s delicious. I didn’t expect anything less.IMG_9973 (800x533)

Part of this complete breakfast…IMG_9969 (800x533)

Since I totally hit my head while doing an at-home DVD this morning. I think today is a perfect day for A Running Joke!

Kristen held up this sign at the Calgary Police Half Marathon. Ha! Get it?!the police are chasing you

If you have A Running Joke (or funny picture) you’d like to share email me – runeatrepeat at gmail dot com!

Question: Do you think I should wear a helmet all the time now? CR7

I don’t have much room to work out at home, but so far I have never really hurt myself. That’s gotta take talent! 😉

I really hope your head is okay, but I have to admit I was laughing hysterically — mostly because I totally can picture myself doing the same thing.

Also … Mango butter?? How have I not seen this?I already miss pumpkin butter. I may have hoarded my last jar of that in the fridge … basically empty … just so I could look at it and anticipate the day it returns to shelves. That’s not weird or anything. Maybe mango butter hasn’t hit shelves in the DC area yet.

Where do you buy that bag of chia seeds and how much is it? I found them in the bulk bins at my whole foods, but I’m pricing around.

      I love the sign!
I think you should definitely sport the helmet look 🙂 You could start a new fashion craze.

I almost bought that Mango butter yesterday…I was a bit weary of it! I’ll probably try it next time I’m at TJ’s. I am so clumsy, I often wonder if I too, should wear a helmet around..haha.

You know NutsONline.com sells Chia Seeds for $6.99/lb! That’s by far the cheapest I’ve found them and delivery is not too bad either.

I’m not sure your new hair style would work with a helmet… 🙂

The second I saw that on someone’s blog, I put it on my TJs list. Luckily I am going to Cali in a couple weeks so I can get some!
