Wednesday Recap

Hola everyone! Hope all is well. I am so busy with work and life right now. I am sorry I haven’t devoted any good time to the blog! It’s just been a bunch of recaps lately. Boo to Monica 🙁 I am trying to get organized and ahead of the game so I will have more time to add useful and/or interesting stuff to runeatrepeat!

Wednesday started with a 6 mile run, felt good 🙂 I made oat bran with brown sugar and PB for breakfast. I had some grapes when I got to work. I don’t know why this picture is sideways! It keeps doing that to me lately.
And my friend left his nuts on my desk! Sick-o! We keep making lame jokes about nuts because I used to have a container of nuts on my desk and we would say lame things like, “I’m going to put my nuts on your shoulder, then rest them on the person’s shoulder.” We are very mature.
Top 5 Frozen Meal! I really enjoyed this Lean Cuisine meal – Parmesan Crusted Fish. It’s in my top 5 for sure.

Another sideways pic! I have a salad with my frozen meals for volume.
Here is an up close pic of the fish. I loved that it tasted fried. I normally stay away from fried foods, but it doesn’t mean I don’t love them! (Fries don’t count because they are a necessity.) Anways, this was some good fish considering it was a frozen meal.
Bad Monica! I caved and had a diet coke with lunch because I have been so stressed and this is one of my “treats”.
I ate about half this peach. It wasn’t very sweet so I threw the rest away – not worth it.

My afternoon snack was some greek yogurt topped with agave and a cliff z bar. I love these bars – so chocolate-y!

I had a long commute home and snuck into the Fiber One Carmel box again! I need to not have access to food while I am driving! No pic – sorry.
I made that super easy bean soup that was on some one’s blog the other day. I know I suck for not remembering who it was that posted this recipe originally. Please correct me if you know who originated it. I topped it with some cheese for the soul.
I wasn’t hungry at all after dinner from all that cereal and soup, but I wanted something sweet. My mom picked up this ice cream we hadn’t tried before.
I had some with some sf chocolate syrup. Yum!
While I was watching TV I suddenly felt hungry. I don’t know if I was really hungry or just tired. I should have just went to bed, but instead I broke out some Laughing Cow and pretzel crackers. I felt disappointed in myself afterwards. Lesson learned – after 9pm just go to sleep, You Are Not Hungry Monica, Just Tired!
