On Saturday I had crappy run that resulted in a revelation β I need to get my shit together. Isnβt that a profound revelation? Yeah, I know.
I missed the βb.l.o.gβ (I spell it out when I talk about it to Ben) this weekend. But, I made sure to eat a bunch of super bad for me foods since you guys would never find out. Then, I thought Iβd come cleanβ¦
I had my first Chipotle experience too! It was good, but I wasnβt that impressed because the hype really built it up. Donβt build things up too much for meβ¦I always end up wondering why?
I was really βsnackyβ this weekend, probably out of emotional reasons because I as trying to pay attention to my hunger and I realized β I am not half as hungry as I thought!
I still ate when I wasnβt hungry β but I realized it was out of Habit NOT Hunger. Iβm a little upset that I eat so much when Iβm not hungry, but the RD said this was all a learning experience and awareness is the first step right?
Did you have a good weekend? Do you eat 3 full meals on the weekend or is it more random??

Chipotle is bunk…and the one by Target is really bunk. I like Qdoba better–that’s across the street from the Walmart shopping center next to Pei Wei. Mmmm…Pei Wei. I went there on Friday night to satisfy my pad thai craving.
So I basically always eat 3 meals and one or two snacks. Unless I sleep through breakfast (hello, weekend!)–then I will generally have 2 meals and a snack.

I eat five or six small meals throughout the day. Sunday was my off day but I think it’s the day I ate the most all week. Since I didn’t have a workout dictating my eating schedule, I just grazed all day long.

My meals are crazy random especially when I’m stressed. I always get enough calories and food groups though.

I never have 3 meals only.. Though one friend recommended it.. But i was like, ” WHAT?! I can never be like that”.. Lol.. I eat snacks.. though try to limit..

I’m the same way – my eating during the week is so regimented due to my work schedule but during the weekends, I have to actually listen to my hunger cues and I’m surprised to see just how NOT hungry I am at times. I always want to snack, because that’s what I do during the week, but I really don’t need it…

Chipotles are popping up everywhere now. It sounds like a place I wouldn’t mind eating, but definitely aren’t rushing to plan to eat there.
I eat pretty much like normal over the weekend, but that’s because my weekends are a lot like my weekdays atm
