Hello! How’s it going? Over here I am running around trying to do a ton of things before I leave for a lil trip tomorrow. I always get so stressed before I travel – which is the worst because I travel a lot. First world problems. Boo-hoo.
Before I hit my To Do list I hit the pavement for 6 miles and some stretching. Plus a little 25 Days of Fitness. That is not easy to fit in even though it’s a few simple moves. I guess that’s what makes it a challenge. I’m so set in my ways – it’s good for me to change it up! Have you been following along?
Post run I hit the list hard starting with taking a piece of my flooring to the management company to see if they could match it. Unfortunately the company that made the panels doesn’t make that kind any more. So they’re going to have to try and find another way to match it.
I hit the 99 cent store for some Christmas gift wrap and other random stuff I don’t need.
And today I tried a new to me mascara, this Maybelline Falsies Push Up Mascara. I was hoping to find one that helps keep my eyelashes curled. They fall so fast! The verdict: This is a good mascara, but it didn’t keep my lashes more curled than my favorite mascara.
Now let’s talk about the most important issue facing our world today (besides gun violence, human trafficking, religious warfare…):
EYEBROWS.
Eyebrows are everything, am I right? Suddenly everyone is worried about those hairs on your face just above your eyes. It’s just face hair people!
But eyebrows can totally make your face look different. I have abnormally big features – eyes, mouth, nostrils, forehead… so I need thick eyebrows to balance it out. (Related: I also have really big hands and feet and knee caps and everything else…)
Unfortunately, my eyebrows are blonde so they are hard to see and I have to color them in. They’re also hard to spot in a mirror so I can’t really pluck them well. Which is why I get them threaded or waxed.
Yesterday I got them waxed and the girl colored them in for me. She did a more thorough job than I normally do so I took some pictures to remember. I think they are a little too dark, but I love the shape. I feel like I kinda look mean with them so dark, but a lighter version of that might work. Tell me if I look mean though, I don’t have resting bitch face (because I’m always happily thinking about food) and don’t want to start having it.
We were at Ulta and I told her what I use to color them in so she used the same products:
(both in Auburn)
Question: What do you when you go online shopping?
A: eyebrows. Get it?

Your eyebrows look very nice. Good luck with your training.

EYEBROW TINTING. This has change my life. I’m a brunette, but I have blonde eyebrows. I hate having to color them in every.single.day. Now with 3 kids under 3, forget about it. Tinting has been amazing.

I like the shape but the picture on the left looks much more natural and not “painted on”.

They look great! Try using waterproof mascara, it helps hold the curl better. It is a pain to take off, but worth it! 🙂

love the shape, the color is a little dark but i think its just because its not what you normally do. you dont look mean, i dont think thats possible!

Love the shape and color on the right, I think they frame your face beautifully!

Love the photo on the left! I find that if I color mine in too dark, I look HELLA MEAN. Or if they’re too dark, they look tattooed on, and it makes me look like a badass, or scary, I don’t know.
