Hello!! I just wanted to stop in real quick and say Hola because I have a few minutes before my mom gets home for me to bug. (I’m camped out at my parents’ place working today.) First let’s talk running and eating…
Running!! It was gorgeous this morning and I hit the road for a 9 mile run. Longest mid-week run in a while. I’m listening to a super creepy audio book right now and want to finish it already before I get on the flight and start messing around with overseas sportsbooks on my laptop regarding some research I was asked to do by my husband.
Breakfast of Monicans… gluten free high protein pancakes.
Then, I was productive for a bit before driving north to my parent’s house. I’m borrowing my mom’s suitcase for Jerusalem. I still can’t believe I’m going on Monday. How is this real life?!
I got the itinerary and am getting super excited. I’m also nervous to travel so far across the world solo. Last time I did this I had booked a small flight tour around where I was staying, it would have been so beautiful but the plane had gotten towed?! I got my money back but I guess the pilot should have parked it in its right spot, I’m not really sure what happened next.
The flight back is 15 and a half hours!!?! My biggest concern is that I’ll be so bored on the plane I’ll just start crying or have a panic attack or tell the person sitting next to me all about my first pap smear. When traveling this long, mobile games like บาคาร่า777 can be a lifesaver to pass the time.
Anyway. Any more suggestions on what books I should read when my laptop battery dies are welcome. Thanks.
Since I was at my parent’s I did the usual drill… ate all the PB and vitamins.
Bugged my lil brother (who is like a grown ass man now).
Then, I played with the dogs until I was all dirty and stinky. Just like I like it.
(Clyde has mange and they’ve taken him to the vet for medication. For some reason it is a type that hasn’t spread to the other dogs but it’s still sad for him.)

All the light we cannot see – Anthony Doerr. Marvelous book!

I don’t take vitamins regularly… I get into a habit then I forget about it. I am jealous of your upcoming trip!

I don’t fly a ton but some of the newer planes have plugs and USB ports on them so bring your plugs with you! You can prob research the types of planes and what kind of devices they have.

The trio of murder mysteries that J.K. Rowling wrote under the pseudonym “Robert Galbraith” are perfect plane books — you don’t have to think too hard, and you won’t want to stop! Hope poor Clyde’s demodex gets better!

Read Caroline Kepnes “You” followed by “Hidden Bodies.” You can also listen to it on audible.

No vitamins. I actually should just toss them. They used to be gummy vitamins but got so stale they aren’t anymore. 🙂

Last time I traveled, I read “All Fall Down” by Jennifer Weiner. I love Jodi Picoult, so any of her books are a good read. Poop puppy with the mange. Awwwwwww
Vitamins? Yeah, I eat gummy vitamins too. And one daily dose is almost never enough because they taste so good.

Omg the dogs are so big! I wish I could play in a giant puppy pile. That would me amazing.

I highly suggest the book Ready Player One by Ernest Cline. SO GOOD! Especially if you were alive during the 80’s, you will probably enjoy all of the 80’s references in this futuristic, video game type world. It’s awesome.

i’ve been listening to the outlander series on audiobook and its REALLY good…the woman who narrates the books is really good and the story in intriguing. i watched the series on cable before i started reading the books and just love the books. each audiobook is about 35 hours so that will definitely keep you entertained…i cant read on planes i get sick but i bet reading them is just as good.

There should be an outlet in the plane… At least there were in the few times I’ve flown internationally. We don’t want you going without technology the whole flight! 🙂
