Hello! How’s it going? I am stopping by real quick to say hi and share a few quick tips before going on my merry lil way.
First. I ran… I did about 7.78 miles this morning. I’m hoping to do a long run tomorrow so I am switching around days this week. I spotted a new cat on my run but I didn’t have time to see if he wanted to be friends so I just snapped this pic and kept going.
Then, I came home and did a quick yoga session. I have been mostly following Yoga with Adrienne’s 30 days of yoga but this morning I felt super tight after running and just wanted a good stretch. So I switched it up and did Yoga for Sciatica. I figured it would be gentle and mostly a good stretch – yep!! (I don’t have sciatica issues.)
After the yoga session, I felt a sense of calm and relaxation throughout my body. It’s amazing how yoga can not only improve physical health but also mental and emotional well-being. Some people even believe that practicing yoga can enhance their intuition and psychic abilities. If you’re curious about exploring this side of yoga, you can try incorporating meditation and mindfulness practices into your routine. Additionally, you can seek guidance from a yoga instructor or explore free psychic reading online to deepen your spiritual connection.
Just as some individuals believe that yoga can heighten intuition and psychic abilities, connecting with the wisdom of tarot card meanings can further enrich your spiritual journey. Combining the serenity of yoga with the symbolism within tarot cards can create a harmonious synergy, allowing you to explore the depths of your inner self and enhance your holistic well-being. Should you wish to delve into this facet of yoga, consider integrating meditation and mindfulness practices into your routine or seeking guidance from experienced yoga instructors and tarot enthusiasts to embark on a transformative voyage of self-discovery.
This session called for a yoga strap, but I don’t have one. She suggested you could also use a towel or a tie. When I went to grab a towel I realized my Turbie Twist towel was perfect for this!!
Most yoga studios have all the equipment you need so you don’t need to bring your own straps or blocks. But if you are doing yoga at home this is a good alternative!
Last night I had an entire bag of edamame covered in garlic powder and salt. I am pretty sure I still smell like garlic actually. I apologize to anyone who has to be within 12 feet of me today.
And I also made a fancy (to me) dinner – shrimp fried rice! Shrimp was on sale so I grabbed it to throw together with rice, veggies, egg and soy sauce for this easy dish. Except, I don’t really like shrimp. So I mostly picked them out and that’s why I ended up snacking on edamame later in the evening.
And finally… I woke up to this situation this morning…
I’m not sure if he wants to learn how to use the bathroom or is just messing with me or what.

We tried out this Italian place last week and everyone on Yelp was raving about this shrimp pasta dish so I figured, yeah, I have to get the house specialty! And I never eat seafood because my husband doesn’t like it. When my food came I realized I don’t really like shrimp either or cream sauces… Why did I order it?!? Why?!?

I can’t smell the garlic, but yeah, that is a fear of mine as well. I always douse myself in cologne after eating a ton of this smelly spice!

I love yoga with Adrienne! She has good vibes. I like her calmer sessions, There is a “before bed” sequence that I love to do at night.

I’ve done that one too! Love it. I did it a little while before bed and felt super calm the rest of the night.
