Sunday Foodies

I woke up early Sunday to beat the heat. I did about 11 miles and felt really good. It was super hot so I am very glad I got up so early. When I got back I made a PB and naner shake and half a spouted wheat bagel with spray butter. I also snacked on a bunch of cherries. Saturday was Catalina day! My mom took Ben and I, Michael (my brother) and his GF, and Matt to Catalina Island. We needed to get an early start so I woke up super early for a short run, about 5miles.
