– Nutty Professor

Dinner Friday was curry chicken, whole wheat couscous, some eggplant thingy, salad and half a piece of garlic naan. It was all courtesy of TJ’s except for the last of the garlic naan we got from the farmer’s market. I love couscous. I can’t get enough of it lately. I also had a glass of wine. I actually loved this wine it was Sutter’s Home Muscatto or something like that. I am not very educated on wine. I just know I like them pretty light and fruity. This bottle was $3.99. Are you kidding me? Stock up!

Dessert was a couple bites of Mexican candy and some pretzels with melted chocolate chips.
