Happy Friday

It’s Friday! Hope everyone is having a good day. I started the morning with an 11 miler. I need to start building up mileage, but it’s hard for me to do more than 11. I think physically I can do it, but mentally I am bored at that point and just DONE.

Breakfast was a mix of cereals with nf milk and a naner. I didn’t make that big of a bowl because I was planning on having something else too.
After I washed my car I had a piece of a carrot cake muffin from Zen Bakery.
And some pita chips that defy the laws of gravity. I need to eat something substantial before this turns into a snack attack day.
And I had some grapes on the way to my mom’s, here is a file pic.
