I don’t know where I got this idea, but it is a super easy costume you can do with stuff you already have!

W/O: I dragged Ben out for a long walk this morning. We must take advantage of this nice weather while it’s here!
Breakfast – I made oatbran topped with brown sugar, PB and naner. For some reason this always feels like a brick in my stomach! It’s too much or too heavy, but it’s not any more calories than my normal breakfast. 
Spill it – What are you doing for Halloween???
