Fitbloggin Friday–Tina from Carrots n’ Cake

I woke myself up before 2am to watch the Royal Wedding. It was fun to “watch” it with my twitter friends. But, after 3 hours of sleep I am afraid I’m going to be a mess for my 2nd day at my new job! Guess the iced coffee will be flowing!image thumb21 Fitbloggin Friday–Tina from Carrots n’ Cake

Truthfully, a little huge part of me wanted to be a princess. Guess that dream is crushed. But Kate Middleton looked amazing. I loved every minute of it.IMG 0098 thumb Fitbloggin Friday–Tina from Carrots n’ CakeIMG 0099 thumb Fitbloggin Friday–Tina from Carrots n’ CakeIMG 0101 thumb Fitbloggin Friday–Tina from Carrots n’ CakeIMG 0103 thumb Fitbloggin Friday–Tina from Carrots n’ Cakekate middleton dress thumb Fitbloggin Friday–Tina from Carrots n’ Cake(source)

I held out as long as possible, but finally made a midnight snack breakfast. Toast with PB&J for now and probably a snack at my normal breakfast hour! IMG 0115 800x533 thumb Fitbloggin Friday–Tina from Carrots n’ CakeIMG 0118 800x533 thumb Fitbloggin Friday–Tina from Carrots n’ Cake

I didn’t watch the wedding, but I wouldn’t mind visiting London. If it’s any consolation, I remember (although rather fuzzily) watching Charles and Princess Di get married when I was 4 1/2.

Hope you make it through your day without falling asleep on the job!

I definitely woke up to watch the wedding! Kate looked seriously amazing! I’ve only been to London once – Summer 2008 – but I’m trying to go back for a long weekend this summer. My sister is living there for the summer for her internship!

About 10 years I spent 2 weeks in London and LOVED it. I loved everything about it and I want to go back someday. My favorite things were Stonehenge, Bath, Salisbury, Westminster Abbey and Notting Hill. I also got a tattoo on Notting Hill. :D

I have been to London, but I absolutely did not watch the wedding. I like watching weddings of people I actually know ;) Oh, and sleep. And being normal. Wait, I’m not normal!

  6. Ida says

I got up to watch the vows and then went back to bed. I just wanted to see the dress! I loved the trees in the Abby. I’ve been to London, such a great city.
