I still can’t believe I’m feeling so good despite running for almost 4 hours yesterday.
But, I will admit at one point during the race I was running near a guy that smelled like Thera-Gesic and I really liked it – is that weird?
Yes. But I’m okay with being a little weird. It’s called self acceptance.

Lately I’m loving yoga fusion, which involves lifting weights while holding balancing poses. So much fun, but super challenging!
I love running!! I am new to the sport (ran 2 halfs in 2012) and can’t wait to see how much I’ve improved in 2013!
My favorite form of exercise is channel surfing. But since that’s not such a great calorie burner, I run sometimes.

My favorite exercise is TurboFire! It is fast, fun and I sweat like a pig during it. And 1 year ago I signed up for my first 5k and haven’t stopped running since. So I know you said my favorite, but they both are. Unless you consider watching Channing Tatum or Sam Elliott movies exercise, they do get my heart pumping. Lol

I love playing group sports because it’s fun and doesn’t feel like boring cardio work at the gym.
Even though I love running my job is super hectic and I work weird hours (go to work when it’s dark and come home when it’s dark) aaaand I’m from a really small town so no gyms around here, boo. SO I’d say circuit training or maybe kickboxing are my favorite workouts as of late. I can do both at home at any point during the day which is a definite plus! End rant and run-on sentences!!

I’m a walker due to an injury I’m rehabbing but I also ride a bike for exercise and do lots of yoga and stretching.
I actually don’t have a “favorite” exercise…I like to mix things up and try new things all the time! I currently am in to running and strength training, but would LOVE to try “pole fitness”. Have you heard of that?? (Yes it is a form of exercise…Google it)!!!

I totally loved running and then I did my half. I injured my foot, (calcaneus stress fracture). So while I know I want to run again, I have discovered that I love my spin class.
Running is by far my favorite exercise. One where I can push myself and don’t wind up hurting my neck or back. It is the one thing I can do to de-stress and get away from it all.
