Then, I set off to run some errands.

Week before last my car I took my car to the bmw service, and I called my brother to ask his opinion on the things the mechanic wanted me to do. After my errands today I came back home for lunch. I’m glad I made extra fish last night for dinner – made lunch so easy!

I hate the whole car buying process so I’m impressed with your skills. I bought my last car on my own- my MIL dropped me off (my car had been totaled) and was shocked. Frankly, it bothers me that the idea of a grown-ass woman going to buy a car alone is a big deal. My money, my car, my deal.

Congratulations!!! I just bought a new car a few weeks ago all by myself as well and it was so freaking empowering! The salesman was a little taken aback when I made it clear that I was not going for his gimmicks but he eventually came down to the price I wanted and we all went home happy. I was extremely happy because I got the exact car I wanted: a white Jeep Grand Cherokee! I love my new car now and I’m happy I shopped around a bit before buying. Well done on the purchase and have so much fun in your shiny new car!

I got a new car 3 years ago, and I wanted a “fun” color car. After research and pricing, I got a RED Kia Soul (2012) and I LOVE IT! I still love it!
My current car is a silver blue color. I like it but my car is EVERYWHERE. I have recently seen a bright green color, but by the time it is time for me to get a new car, I will probably want a different color.

I actually love silver. I just went through the new car purchase thing too but unfortunately no silver subaru foresters were available and I couldn’t wait 6 weeks (my jeep died on the way to the dealership! #truestory so I got a metallic charcoal gray and I’m ok with it but really still wish it was silver 🙂
