You want to get faster? Ok. What does that mean?
Does it mean…
You want to finish your go-to 3 mile route in under 30 minutes?
You want to qualify for Boston?
You want to run a sub 2 hour half marathon??
If you want to get faster – you need to be specific about YOUR GOAL. The running goal that’s speaks to YOU – did it pop in your head yet?
The first step is admitting you have a problem, right?
Well, in this case the first step is admitting you have a goal.
Then, name that goal. Be specific.
It’s okay if it’s scary. It’s okay if it’s a HUGE goal!
But you have to be specific with it because the best way you can get there is with a plan and hard work.
Today’s Fast Friday episode is about Step 1 to getting faster:
Set a goal.
Then, you can find a training plan / exercises / a running coach / improve form etc… to help you.
Today all ya have to do is make it official and write down or type out YOUR Run Faster Goal.
