Hello! How’s it going? I had a pretty rough run this morning. Eh. It happens. So I put together a fun post to justify why you should still be my friend, or really why even if you’re not a runner, you should be friends with one. Runners rock!
Here are 10 reasons you should be friends with (or date) a runner…
They are the last people that still eat carbs
They are happy from all the endorphins. Runner’s high is real.
They’ll never breakup with you or stop hanging out because then they’d have to order 2 meals solo (because we want one and half dinners thanks)
They always shave because it makes us faster (or at least do during race weekends?)
At least it’s not bowling?
If you have car trouble somewhere with no reception they can run for help
If you’re mad at them buy them a foam roller – it hurts. But is good for them.
You can justify going to cool places to support them at a race
Your feet will always look better next to theirs.
They’re pretty simple, they just want to run and eat

Carbs! It’s all about the carbs. When people know I’m into health and fitness etc, they always assume I don’t eat carbs. Don’t worry though I correct them. Carbs for the win.
And now I’m craving cheesy pasta… 🙂
