Howdy howdy! I started my little day with oats 🙂 I heart oatmeal, it makes me happy.foodies-1320I found some pineapple in my fridge and took it for a mid-morning snack. This was the only fruit in the house!foodies-1323I had no bread for lunch – do you see a reoccurring theme here? I need to go to grocery shopping! Anyways, I grabbed an Amy’s soup and some crackers and LC cheese for lunch.foodies-1324I was hungry for a snack at 2:30pm! Boo to that. I made myself wait a little until I have this delicious PB Larabar – I think this might be the best flavor!foodies-1318I made a super quick trip to CostCo on my lunch and ate blueberries on the way home 😉

I also bought these brussel sprouts and roasted ’em up for dinner. This is one of my favorite veggies.foodies-1321

I had no idea what to make for dinner and didn’t have a lot of time before I was ravenous so I went with quick and easy ->ww couscous, black beans (that I used last night) topped with BBQ sauce and topped with an egg. Love it. foodies-13251

I also ate a piece of bread with PB&J for dessert – but I stopped there, which is a big deal for me. I am really trying hard to stop eating after dinner.
