Flinstones, Meet the Flintstones

Ta-da! Ben and I dressed up at Fred and Wilma Flintstone for the Halloween party! We completely made these costumes ourselves that same day too! We are hardcore like that (and by hardcore I mean, poor). IMG_1979

We went to the party with our friends Matt and Kristin (it was their friends’ party). IMG_1980

There was a lot of food and beverages enjoyed 🙂 I was standing by the food most of the night, so I did a lot of unneeded snacking…so multiply this by 5 and add 7, plus a some of Ben’s pizza.IMG_1983IMG_1989

And drinking – that’s an empty cup of Sangria 🙂 Are you impressed with my hair-do skills?IMG_1984

Fred was pretty buzzed…IMG_1996

We had a blast! Halloween is so much fun. Everyone arrives at a Halloween party in a super fun mood since they’re dressed up 🙂

Question: Are you dressing up for Halloween? Whatcha gonna be??

THIS IS YOUR YEAR.

Can I just say that of a relief to find somebody that actually knows what theyre talking about on the net. You need to understand how to bring a concern to light to make it important. Lots more people need to check this out and understand why side in the story. I cant believe youre not more popular as you definitely possess the gift.

Great costumes! I can’t believe you made it all yourselves – can you make me something to wear?? 🙂

I hate being right next to the food at parties, I can never get my damn hands out of it!

Love the costumes! I plan on being Kate Gosselin (already have the wig) and forcing The Boy into an Ed Hardy shirt borrowed from my little brother to round out the pair. Happy Halloween!

You two are so cute! I love the costumes and am amazed that you were able to just throw those together! Nice job! We are going to a friends house on Halloween to give out candy with our friends who just moved into a very kid-friendly neighborhood. I don’t know if there will be costumes involved, but I’m looking forward to dinner with friends either way.

Great costumes! Home made are the best. Your hair is perfect.

We went to a party Saturday as Gustav, the world’s largest Nile crocodile, and Patrice Faye, the crazy Indiana-Jones-type guy trying to catch him. They are a real croc and person here in Central Africa.

Great costumes! When Josh and I were in college we made costumes out of cardbox boxes. I was a Rubix cube and Josh was a condom dispenser. LOL
