I am picking up my car this morning so I got to run a little later. It was so nice to be able to run when the sun was up – and it’s a little warmer! I did 6 miles at a good pace 🙂 I felt really good too!
I wanted cold cereal for breakfast, but it’s so cold out I thought a warm breakfast would be more satisfying. So, I made Hot “cold” cereal by heating up my soymilk…
Then, pouring it over my cereals. It was yummy, but it’s funny to see steaming cereal 🙂
Today after work I am going to Yoga. I have been wanting to go back to yoga since we moved here, but lack of car/fear/time have made it hard. Well, I am committing to yoga 2 times a week. I’m signing up for a package tonight so I have to go or I’ll just lose money (that is not an option).
I am scared though. For some reason yoga makes me nervous (kinda ironic) because it’s hard for me and I don’t feel good at it. But I know I need to incorporate stretching and strength training into my life, so here it goes! I’ll be home late tonight so I’m packing a good snack for before class and then I’ll eat a lighter dinner after.
