    Be brave – use a PVC pipe. Cheaper, last longer, and gets the job done ( that’s what she said).

    Oh man, I need a foam roller. My legs and buttocks get knots in them too. It looks like it hurts but probably hurts so good. 🙂

    I’m pretty sure I get kind of tight in the, kinda, upper butt region (like, more towards the side near the hip) so I’m often found kind of massaging it… probably looks super awkward, so I mostly just do that in my room.

    You’re too funny though 🙂
