This weekend was epic. I love Las Vegas. And the RnR half was awesome too! I had a blast and really enjoyed every second.

Friday was my rest day! I’ve got 2 miles planned for this morning and my half is tomorrow!
I ran three miles and lifted chest.
i woke up early this morning with my knees aching…I thought I coudnt run but God is GOOD!
I made a head to toe warm up, then I tried briskwalking..after several minutes, I managed to run slowly..I made my 6k! God is good!

I made it through 5 miles despite a tight hip. Going to try and sneak away at lunch for a yoga class to see if that helps.
Going to take “floor barre” at ballet – basically the same moves everything else does only lying on your back. So that should be interesting. HEAL, FOOT. HEAL.

Easy gym day for me because (a) I did a speedy 12-mile tempo run yesterday that I should probably recover after and (b) it’s cold and rainy outside (which is the actual reason — I hate cold rain)!
Working from home today so I took advantage and did a yoga DVD this morning and will do 4mi (plus a stop at starbucks before my cool down) at lunch! 🙂

Pump class followed by a Spin class! It’s raining/sleeting/snowing here and I Spin is the only way I can do cardio indoors without wanting to die of boredom.

30 minutes of yoga early this morning and chasing my 2 year old in the anow for an hour.. that counts as a workout right?
30 min on the elliptical since I did the Avengers half at Disneyland yesterday!
Nothing today 🙁 Made a doctor’s appointment for this afternoon though, so hopefully I can find some answers and get back to working out. I do plan a gym session tomorrow though!

I watched the Rock and Roll last night….and pouted because I was watching not running. 🙁 this morning ran 5 miles and did lower body and core workout at The Orleans fitness center. Now off to play in Vegas!
It’s either going to be 5-6 miles or some yoga today, depending on if my hip loosens up and feels like running. Or maybe both, because I’m stubborn.

Mizunos are my favorite! I have an hour of long stretch and recovery yoga and week 3 day 1 of couch 2 5k to try to increase my overall speed!!

Holy smokes…new Mizunos?! Heck yes. I ran a race this weekend– the Rocky Balboa Run in Philly! So cold, but was an experience for sure. (Including the part when a guy tripped me. Thanks, man.) 3.5 miles this morning.
