“Run” on the elliptical 6 out of 7 days this week. I’m shooting for 5+ miles each day in 45 minutes or less. I am banned from running for 4 more weeks due to a stress fracture in my tibia. I am listening to the doc because the swelling in my calf and the pain are more than I care to handle and still try to run. So, jumping ahead, my New Years resolution will be to ramp up my running again.

My goal is 25 miles, with (at least) 1 speedwork day and 1 long run. I’m only 38 miles away from my 100 mile goal for the month! Ya! 5 recovery miles this morning

I’m still trying to keep up with my early morning workouts. I’m good Monday through Thursday, but Fridays are such a challenge!

I am training for my 1st half marathon in January. My goal for this week is to run up to 8 miles and throw in some strength work (something I never seem to do).
