Hello! I am currently spooning it up with Blue Man and some nachos. I’ll get you the Rock N Roll Las Vegas Half Marathon results / recap / other asap. But first let me take a selfie let’s check in for Pile on the Miles!

This weekend was epic. I love Las Vegas. And the RnR half was awesome too! I had a blast and really enjoyed every second.

    i woke up early this morning with my knees aching…I thought I coudnt run but God is GOOD!

    I made a head to toe warm up, then I tried briskwalking..after several minutes, I managed to run slowly..I made my 6k! God is good!

    Today’s workout at a-too-early-an-hour was Legs with my trainer but it was a good session aka we did heavyduty and I did OK (Ithink!). So happy to have that outta way for this week (legs are my least fav workout).

    Got a quick lunchtime workout in, and it felt great! Just 20 min on the bike followed by my hip strengthening work and abs. Also got in about 35 min of dog walking!

    Rest day today since I had a race on Saturday. Went to see my Chiro tonight who works on athletes so I could get some great stretches and figure out whats going on with my knees… Was pretty good! I will go run tomorrow if it kills me! 🙂

    .75 miles on the elliptical to kill time while waiting for my spa appointment, plus another 1.3 miles walking around exploring the resort I’m visiting. Doesn’t put a dent in my vacation caloric intake, but it’s 2 miles toward my goal of 13 this week!

    15 minute treadmill warm-up, then a 60 minute BodyPump class. I love how setting a specific November fitness goal has really kept me motivated, especially on nights like tonight when it’s 19 degrees and snowing

    i’m actually spending my workout time checking out a new gym in town…it’s right across the street from my kids’ daycare, so it’s an awesome possibility if the price is right. i’ll try to get in a couple of treadmill miles after the kiddos’ bedtime, if i don’t fall over from exhaustion first.

    I made it through 5 miles despite a tight hip. Going to try and sneak away at lunch for a yoga class to see if that helps.

    Woooo polar vortex!!! 2x2mile outdoor yesterday (needed break in between to drink water that wasn’t frozen and thaw my toes). 15 min spin bike + 15 min weights this morning.

    Easy gym day for me because (a) I did a speedy 12-mile tempo run yesterday that I should probably recover after and (b) it’s cold and rainy outside (which is the actual reason — I hate cold rain)!
