Good Morning and Happy Wednesday 🙂
This morning I did 7 miles at around a 9:05 pace. It was supposed to be a tempo run, but since we moved to a more hilly area I have completely slacked off on trying to increase speed. I need to re-examine my goals and training plan if I want to get better!
I think 7 miles is the most I’ve ever done before work. I don’t really have the time for anything more than that. I dream of a life where I run when and how much I want and don’t have to work… If only I was fast enough to get sponsors 😉
Two whole wheat waffles and eggs . I made egg beaters in the microwave for some protein and topped it with almond butter for staying power.
And some syrup and chia seeds round it out. This seems like a delicious breakfast for under 400 calories.
Terra Chips sent me some of their vegetable chips to sample recently. I have tried the regular flavor in the past, but this was my first time trying their Exotic Harvest blend. And I haven’t even opened the Mexican inspired bag yet!
These are the prettiest chips I’ve ever seen too. I love when food is pleasant to the eye and the mouth at the same time. And yes, I had some while packing my lunch this morning. Chips in the morning is perfectly fine if they are Kabocha chips, right?
Want some chips? Terra has offered to send one lucky Run,Eat,Repeat reader a prize pack is valued at $25 and includes four bags of TERRA Chips, a martini glass inspired serving bowl and a Summer Entertaining Guide. Following are the featured varieties:
