I have to clean out the fridge before I go to Florida for a week so the Chobani Pineapple yogurt was first on my list of things to eat. After a slow and steady 5.5 miles this morning I made a big ol’ yogurt bowl of love.
Does anyone else “save” their favorite yogurt flavors. I don’t know what I’m saving it for? In case Obama pops over one day? Anyways, I save the best food for last and today I was glad I did
I couldn’t decide if I wanted an orange or some grapes, so I took pics of both. In the end I wanted the orange, but was too lazy to peel it, so I ate the grapes.
Things I keep on top of my fridge:
1. Kahlua and Vodka
2. Protein powder
3. My cat
One more thing…
I am trying to make SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Time-sensitive) goals for 2011. One big goal is improving the blog. In order to make a good game plan I need your help. If you have a second, please take the follow polls. It would help me a lot in making improvements on Run, Eat, Repeat. Thank you very much 🙂

Your posts always have me cracking a smile, or cracking up. 🙂
I hope you have a wonderful trip! Also, my cat has been jumping up atop a cabinet these days and just chilling there. He hasn’t done this before, so its new. I wonder if he’ll check out the fridge next.

I LOVE polls, but please no weight loss/diet advice. That’s one reason I like this blog!

I always have the best for last… that’s why I love dessert 🙂

Is that the Chocolate Peanut Butter flavor of Spirutein powder? Is it as good as I am imagining it will be?? So far I have only bought vanilla because I’m afraid the other flavors will taste off, but I have wanted to try Chocolate PB for months!

Haha, I do the SAME thing with Yogurt. In fact, there is one Pineapple Chobani sitting in my fridge and I usually save the best for Fridays for some reason.

i always save the best till last

I save my favorite stuff on my plate for last. But if I buy a bunch of different flavors of yogurts (or anything else) I always end up eating my favorites first and then convincing myself that I need to eat the other ones before going shopping again! 😉

I love the ideal of SMART goals. Good luck in 2011, I can’t wait to see how you implement the results of the poll.

LOL at the cat on the fridge. And of the five things on my fridge – vodka and kahlua are two of them!! (and the other three aren’t liquor, promise) haha

Haha, I love the pic of your cat on the fridge because it reminds me of a dumb youtube vid i just saw called “parrot dog” where this man has a dog that will stand on his shoulders like a pirate’s parrot. Sorry for the random association but it was cracking me up! Obviously I need a nap. 🙂

I “save” the best for last with all my food. Sometimes it backfires and I’m too full to fully enjoy something. But, I want the last bite of something to be the best, so I can savor that best flavor long after I’ve finished chewing.
Amalfi Girl (EatRunHaveFun!) says
I save the good stuff, too. I don’t know why…I do it at restaurants during a single meal, saving the “best” bite for last–but “last” is when I’m most full, so it seems like a waste!
Kristina @ spabettie says
I *TOTALLY* save my favorite yogurt… but for ME, I’m not giving it to Obama!! 😀
