Invites – check

We finally finished putting together the invites and they should be out tomorrow 🙂

It feels so good to be able to check something off my list!

Today was pretty crazy at work & I had to wait in the l-o-n-g-e-s-t line at the Post Office.

w/o: 6 great miles 🙂 I felt fast the whole time (that doesn’t mean I actually was fast, but it felt good)

Breakfast: oats, the usual. dscn7672

And since I’m trying to add some cals to breakfast I had grapes and coffee at work.dscn7673

Then, Terence said he was in love with Raisin Bran Crunch and I had to try some…dscn7675

After the world’s longest post office line I returned to work & my foodies. It was a deviled Easter egg sandwich, veggies with hummus and pineapple. dscn7677

In the afternoon I had yogurt with cereal and BB.dscn7679

It turns out it’s a bad idea to keep BB with me at work and I also had some on an english muffin 🙂

Trying to motivate:

All day I was telling myself that I should do 30 Day Shred when I got home, but I really have no desire to do a workout video when I get home from work. I love taking a walk after being couped up in the office and then in my car all day! So, walk I did 🙂

By the time I got back I was Hungry (with a capital H). I had a piece of cupcake & cookie while heating up my makeshift Mexican extravaganza – staring this LC meal.dscn7688

I added beans and a piece of enchilada casserole – it looks so much better on a plate.dscn7686

Dessert was a lot of these combos – choc chips, almonds and raisins, all grouped up like this and eaten together, as they should be.dscn7689

Now, I am ready to hit the sack for another exciting day!!! I don’t know why I’m in such a good mood right now since I’m exhausted 🙂

I have my second appt with the RD this Thursday. My assignments from the last appt included:

1. Add 200 calories to breakfast & lunch for 3 days – to see if the cause of my out of control afternoon and evening snacking is actually caused by hungry/too few calories earlier in the day.

2. Pay attention to how I feel throughout the day

3. I forget #3, I think it was Always Be Prepared? It’s late, I’m going to have to update this tomorrow…
