23 May

I loved my Café Rio burrito salad so much on Thursday that I re-created it today! I decided to get guacamole instead of my usual hummus today from Costco – this might be dangerous!IMG_4141 (800x533)

My happiest day of the year = The day cherries go in season. Seriously.IMG_4146 (800x533)

My inbox and my house are both in shambles. I had grand plans to be unpacked, have clothes washed and everything put away by the time I have to go to work this afternoon, but that is not going to happen. Boo.bIMG_4147 (800x533)

*Note this is the cleanest room in my condo right now. I’m way to embarrassed to show you the rest. Tragic.IMG_4149 (533x800)

At least I don’t have to wash socks, right? Those are going straight into the trash Smilewww.nataliedee.com

I vote for sweeping everything under the rug or under the couch. This is how I clean in a hurry – it’s kind of like a run. Tell yourself you’re going to clean super fast for 30 minutes. Then put stuff away as fast as you can. You can sustain anything for 30 minutes and you’ll be surprised as how much you can get done in a short period of time, even if it’s only one room.

i just put my flipflops out this weekend and tucked away hats and mitts. flipflops only except for working out – from now til september!
maybe you can just throw everything in one room and slam the door? what you can’t see doesn’t exist, right?!
      now i want cherries!

      you wrote “boo.b” – i giggled.
also, no shame in your game about your condo! it’s a good thing i’m chronically single ’cause 1/2 of my bed is basically where my closet threw-up!

My room is still in shambles too. Stuff everywhere! But it’s free stuff, so that makes it okay. I hate unpacking and trying to get organized when I get home from trips.

I’m right there with you on cherry season. They are completely worth the insane amount of money! Except when you get your first bag and come home to dig in, only to discover they are too tart and not quite ready. Boo.

Not so fast, Monica! You still need those socks for running! 😉
I’m rocking a pretty awesome sock tan at the moment.
