Hey. I apologize for all the trouble RER has been having this week. You are Piling on too many MILES!!!!

So yeah, RER was down for two days and I had to make the executive decision to fire all RER employees. Boo.

Hopefully, it’s up and running now and this isn’t the 3rd post in a row that is going to make me crazy!!!

      Friday cross training day for me. Abs, legs & arms. Wish I could do burpees at home, but am scared the floor won’t hold with all the action. Not that I like burpees (’cause who does?) but I think it’s a great excersize. Am sore now, but Saturday is for recuperating for my long run on Sunday.

      I ran 2 miles tonight. For a total of 6 so far this week… My calves have been giving me problems, then when I actually when to roll them out they were definitely TIGHT! Hopefully my next run will be better! 🙂

      Today was a cross-fit style workout – 3 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 air squats every minute on the minute for about 12 minutes. harder than it sounds. I started with some elliptical and ended with some abs – great way to mix things up!
