Eat with me, at least in spirit since I suggest we all enjoy cookies today! Sounds like a great plan, right?

I baked these Peanut Butter Protein Cookies last night. The OG recipe was the simple 3 ingredient Peanut Butter cookies, but I made it healthier with protein powder/less sugar. Warning: They taste healthy, but fresh from the oven they’re amazing.

      I’d rather be running. I’m not saying that to sound like a good person, I just don’t want to be at my desk.

      On a better note- you should totally do a Southern RNR! I like in Nashville, TN and the Country Music Marathon is fantastic. I did the half last year and this year will be my first full marathon. It is a ton of energy and Nashville is such a great place to hang out anyway. Just be prepared for hills. I’m also doing the RNR DC Half in March, so if Nashville doesn’t work for you, it’d be fun to see you there! 🙂

      Id rather eat right now since I worked out this morning and am starving!

      I also made 3 ingredient peanut butter cookies this weekend, but it was my first time making them and next time I really need to tone down the sugar bc they are way too sweet. I may half the sugar and add in some protein powder next time. Thanks!

      2. Moving cross country to San Diego in May and I’m 97.5% sure I’m going to do the Rock N Roll there. Is it a pretty fun race?

Have you looked again at the Memorial race here in April? We would looooooove to have you. I’d show you the whole beautiful city too. Not in a creepy way. LOL
