How To Eat 4 Sticks Of Butter With Dinner

What Runners Eat

Hello! How’s it going? Things have been kinda crazy around here with the whole flood debacle and then playing catch up with things that got away from me over the holiday weekend. The kitchen is still a disaster so the ladder is just hanging out in the living room where Vegas inspected it and then meowed from the top.

My favorite peep Ben had to leave so we had a super fancy dinner to make it a celebration. I spotted crab legs on manager’s special and picked up some salmon to go with it. This is the second time I’ve made crab legs and it’s crazy how easy it is, but seems so impressive.

The trick is to just serve them with a lot of butter. You’re welcome.

I also made my signature buttermilk biscuits. By ‘signature’ I mean it’s the second time in two days that I made them.

And because I’m not really fancy at all I gave Vegas some of the salmon on our fancy cement floor.

Seafood makes me think of Jim Gaffigan’s  thoughts on lobster…

Question: Do you like seafood?

Totally in love with Salmon. I can eat fried fish…fried haddock and other fried white fishes. But I can’t bake or grill white fish and actually consume it without gagging. I LOVE clams, oysters, lobster, crab legs. Bring it on! Especially the butter.

I LOVE seafood! My family is from the coast of Portugal and so we eat lots of fish…my husband doesn’t feel the same though…it makes meals a bit more of an adventure!

I’m impressed with Vegas’ ladder climbing abilities! I live on the gulf coast of Alabama, so seafood is a big staple in my diet. I love it all!
