A Fresh Start!

Hello and welcome to the new and improved Run,Eat,Repeat! I am considering this new look a part of my Fresh Start.

I am very excited to get a fresh start and reevaluate my goals with running, fitness, health and this blog! I love all these things and love that I can share them with my readers. I have put together a RER Mission Statement:

Run,Eat,Repeat is dedicated to sharing health, fitness, running and wellness information. Living a healthy lifestyle can be fun, manageable and make you feel great. I am here to lead by example through my own healthy, balanced lifestyle. I don’t strive to be perfect; I strive to be healthy and happy. This blog documents my experiences, struggles, triumphs and allows me to share how I live healthy in a fun, approachable way.

I will be adding new tabs to the menu bar with additional information you might enjoy. Please let me know if there is anything in particular you’d like to see 🙂

I’m also using this fresh start to look at myself in a new way. All the negative, critical thoughts about myself are being thrown away. I have so much to offer the world, myself and this blog! I am truly dedicated to healthy living and blogging all about it 🙂

Rest Day – Fridays are another one of my rest days (this feels like too much!). I did some strength moves with my 8lb. weights and elliptical for 37 minutes.

A Fresh Start calls for a new breakfast! I made a 3-egg white sandwich with cheese, on an english muffin. I used egg whites so I could save my calories for cheese 🙂IMG_1099

I swear there was an english muffin under there! IMG_1098

I am planning a Dunkin Donuts trip for some Friday Cookies Coffee right now too 🙂 I’m very happy it’s Friday and plan to celebrate!

Back to school – I mentioned the other day that I’m taking courses in Nutrition right now. I have some homework due this weekend, so it’s back to the books! I actually miss school so I’m looking forward to it!

***Update Readers – Please update your Google Reader/Feed Burner/Etc. Run,Eat,Repeat is still the same address: https://runeatrepeat.com (not www for some reason), but you have to unsubscribe and resubscribe to get updates. Sorry for the inconvenience, but I don’t want to lose ya!***

If you use Google, Bloglines or Yahoo you can subscribe here 🙂

Wow! I like the new look Monica! Congratulations! But I’ve gotta tell you – I have a tough time coming to your blog. Coming down the home stretch to Long Beach, I am *always* hungry these days. Your blog doesn’t help!

    And fruity Gu’s? BLECH!
