Today is Day 5 of the Amazing Grass Challenge and I haven’t really felt a difference. So, I’m going to up my intake and drink it 2 times a day. I’ll let you know if I feel any healthier now!
Wednesday Workout – I started the day with 8 minute abs and then 5.5 miles. I didn’t wake up earlier enough to fit in 30 Day Shred before my run, so I may do some strength moves later. I really want to tone up before the wedding, but I need to make more time for it!
Breakfast– I found these at the store the other day & I keep hearing about how so many bloggers love dates, so I wanted to give them a whirl.
I made my usual oats with added toppings … a chopped date, some Good Friends cereal, granola, BB and flax. I ended up being too full for the grapes, but rest assured they will be eaten later 🙂
Boston Marathon– After all the blog hype going around on Monday about the Boston Mary it kind of died down. Here is an article on the female winner of the race. Go girls go! And here’s an article of the best US female runner – Kara Goucher.
